Our Mountain United Awards and Appreciation Night is Tuesday December 4th. Along with food, drinks, and mingling, we will present our Player & Team recognition awards as well as draw the Winning Car Raffle Ticket! It’s a can’t miss event!
We are looking for talented and keen volunteers to help with the following tasks:
- Overseeing Drink ticket tables and volunteers-recruit and distribute tickets to our sellers.
- Snacks-reach out: To Starbucks, David’s Tea, Safeway, Superstore, IGA etcetera to gather in-kind snacks for distribution over the evening.
- Picking up Food and snacks on December 4th: Could be a team who coordinates with the above.
- Table and chair / decoration set up team: Organizing the tables as per plan, set up, pick up balloons, etc.
We are expecting about 300 people. It’s going to be a great evening!
