How can I Tryout for a Mountain Team?

U13 Intake Players (players currently in U12)

  • Evaluations for our U13 Intake Teams are ongoing. Each year we select one Boys and one Girls team from our ongoing player evaluations. For Intake Information see - U13 Intake Team Information

U13 though U18 Players

  • Mountain United FC do not hold “open evaluations or tryouts” for any of our BCSPL U13-U18 teams (including Intake U13). If your child is interested in playing at the highest youth soccer level in BC, please submit an Evaluation Request
How do I register for a Mountain BCSPL team?
  • Our BCSPL team players receive direct registration information and links when our Intake teams are announced or when players are added to existing teams.

How much are the registration fees for Mountain’s BCSPL teams?

Fees include all: Kit, TD & coaching, administration, field costs, League game travel to the Island and Interior, etcetera. (Pretty much everything to do with regular League play and 3 training sessions per week.) Extras would be individual team travel to tournaments or other events that teams may enter or engage in.

  • U13 - U17 = $2,900
  • U18 = $1,850
How many training sessions for BCSPL teams?

Our BCSPL teams train 3 times per week (Intake teams train 2 times per week in the Spring following initial team selection).

Who can register for Skills Centre?

U8 - U12 Skills Centre Programs

  • Our Skills Centre Programs for U8-U12 players are open to all players. There are Skills sessions available throughout the year. For registration & details see - Skills Centre

Do Mountain Skills players have to quit their Club soccer program?
  • No, Mountain U8-U12 Skills programs are supplemental and players remain in their Club soccer programs.
